I got my wisdom teeth pulled three years ago
I opted for local anesthesia because I didn’t want to be asleep during the operation.
Wasn’t as bad as I thought, just the sound of them sawing your teeth out is annoying and the smell of them taking it out is like burnt charcoal
I couldn’t feel the pain but I could tell the surgeon was doing their best to take out my teeth

My buddy got a picture of me looking like Ed Edd n Eddy with a jaw breaker in my cheek a few hours after.
I smoked out of a bong the night I got them removed and got a dry socket though. It was the ******* worst.

It was the aftermath of having a diet of soup, ice cream, yogurt, protein shake, and mac n cheese for a week, and having to eat so slow so that the areas of the teeth that were taken out wouldn’t be infected. Along with having the ice your face every day. Only upside was having some awesome painkillers. Lowkey I love drugs.

the painkillers were the only thing that got me through the first couple days, I woke up the first night with blood all over my pillow from the exposed nerve bleeding
after 3-4 days I was pretty good again, just sucked my mom made me wait til summer, I was trying to doing during the high school year to miss a week
