Whatever he was "considered," he still had to be on the ball a significant amount of time to be making plays. And a lot of his strengths in scoring begin with him being on the ball.

Hence, Byron is hurting him by having him work OFF THE BALL. BY DESIGN.

Im struggling to see how JC and D'Lo are able to get any consistent offensive rhythm every night.... add that to the fact that we're dumping it in to Roy expletive Hibbert 10-12 wasted possessions a night.

JR is also dribble-heavy. He's a bull but good teams will sag and he'll struggle...why can't we get him in that pinch-post back to basket and let him work?

We're in dire need of a player like Demarre Carroll its not even funny. 3 and D ftw

I like Roy, I thought he played well. Lets get him at the FT-16 foot zone and let him hit that shot. He can do that pretty well. His running hook is cheeks man

He's just not good enough to justify 24 shots in 28 or whatever minutes

And as the game went on and he got more tired the only shots he can successfully get off were long 3 pointers

Exactly man. And all that flopping and flailing in the air. Barking at the ref and getting beat on defense is wack. He's too old for that. He needs to be setting the example for the young boys. Roy does it....

I feel it. I wish he same but the guy hasn't done that in Vegas or the Preseason. I hope he can prove me wrong but I just don't see it in him. We get way more production on both ends from Marcelo

Dlo needs to be looking to get his. I've been seeing him pass up open looks off screens since spl. He seems overly concerned with not taking bad shots. When defenses know you're looking to pass it hurts your whole game, if he looks to score it will open up the floor for everyone with his vision. He definitely needs the ball more but he needs to play like a scoring guard first and foremost.
