I'm always inclined to take a defensive minded big especially one that can run the floor but Stanley Johnson wouldn't be a bad choice either

Kobe on Lamar Odom: 'He's a brother, above everything else'

After some discouraging initial reports, Lamar Odom has been recovering in Los Angeles after being found unconscious in Nevada in early October. This was welcome news for the entire NBA community, including Odom's former teammate, Kobe Bryant.
Bryant and Odom played together on the Lakers for seven seasons, winning two championships and becoming fast friends on and off the court. Bryant was one of the first people to visit Odom when he was hospitalized and recently spoke to reporters about how his former teammate is doing.
From Mike Bresnahan of the Los Angeles Times:
"He's a brother, above everything else. It's important to see him get back on his feet," Bryant said after the Lakers finished practicing. "It's amazing to see him doing so well. It truly is remarkable.”
Bryant and Odom were teammates for seven years, appearing in three NBA championships together and winning two of them. It's safe to say Odom's ordeal hit Bryant unexpectedly hard.
“It puts things in perspective a little bit more," Bryant said. "This is what we do. This is not who we are. Sometimes basketball can get in the way of life and in the way of living."
Bryant's sentiments about Odom are similar to what everyone else has been thinking. That's why Lakers team president Jeannie Buss has said the team is devoted to helping Odom. There are things bigger than basketball and Odom's health is most definitely one of them.
