She didn’t look too old in Rebels either and if you do the math, the Mando timeline is only about ~13 years after that. With Sackoff already 40 and with makeup, I’m sure she can look believable.

You didn't know about this? State-of-the art stuff. They can render all the backgrounds in realtime and have it blend seamlessly into the shot. No need for bluescreens anymore. It's pretty amazing.
