The Omen ● 1976 ● Hulu
We recently watched The First Omen. It was an entertaining watch but tbh felt like it could have been a stand alone movie with no tie in. The movie also seemed to mirror Immaculate which we watched around the same time.

Cloverfield needs a proper sequel
6 Rings G.O.A.T. 6 Rings G.O.A.T.
Cloverfield Lane was aight, but from my understanding may not be in the same universe as the first movie, same with Paradox.
They could follow that beautiful chick that managed to get away in the helicopter, or even say Rob and ol girl survived the bombing(very unlikely tho lol).

I freaking love Cloverfield tho!! I randomly throw it on year round, same with The Mist.

Random…

Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2003 is the best of the entire franchise. Leatherface(TCM 3 1990) is the best follow up to the original.

Evil Dead 2013 is the best of the franchise.

Dawn Of the Dead(2004) is the best zombie movie ever.

Ju-On Japanese version is better than the American, while the Ring American version is better than the Japanese.

Wes Craven Presents: They is one of the scariest movies ever, especially on a rainy night.

The Thing prequel was really good. Would like to see a follow up.

I Spit On Your Grave remake better than the OG.

28 Days/Weeks Later infected are not zombies(but I get it lol). But are they? The infection takes over so fast it can’t be seen if the cause is fatal. Can they be cured? 28 Years Later in the works 🔥🔥🔥

Annabelle Comes Home was a missed opportunity. Could’ve been one of the best horror movies ever. Could’ve been an even better series, telling the story of every item in that room.

Michael Myers/Halloween is the greatest slasher/series.

Sinister is the GOAT horror movie.

Big Halloween fan, so I’m mad at myself I just found this out today…

Halloween H20 erased part 3-5. The Sam Loomis they refer to in H20 is from 1 and 2, and the comic book series. I always thought they changed his death at the end of the Curse of Michael Myers due to Donald Pleasence’s passing, out of respect.

Loomis’s death date is the same as Pleasence.

Terrifier 3 was a trip. Really pushed the envelope.

Without spoilers, I still think part 2 had the most brutal scene in the entire series.

2003 is great and had a great start and good ending but a so-so middle.

But both 2003 and Leatherface (1990) have two of the BEST horror movie trailers of all time.

The original 1974 version is still the GOAT to me. You just get that overall dirty and gross feeling watching it.

As much as I enjoy some of the Halloween movies the multiple timelines just unnecessarily complicates things. I.E. the 2018 Halloween is a direct sequel to the OG but Halloween 2 still exists lol.

Just looked it up and there are effectively 5 different timelines (including the one off #3 and Rob Zombie's two movies).

I’m at the barbershop bored soooo…

I still mess with the OG timeline. Part 4 wasn’t great but had potential to make the story somewhat interesting going forward. Not sure what they were thinking with 5. I enjoyed Curse a lot.

The timeline that was born through H20 shouldn’t have been. H20 was a good way to end it. Should’ve went with a reboot or remake at that point instead of Resurrection, which I don’t hate but dang sho don’t love, lol.

I’m probably in the minority on the Zombie movies, but it really had potential after the first movie and the hospital scene at the beginning of part 2. Part 2 went left after that scene smh. I thought the first one was really good. The childhood background story was ehhh…but there parts of it that were hilarious, basically any part with Ronnie in it lol. Rob had to be high out his mind with Part 2 smh.

The recent one had potential to at least be good, but they missed big time in the end. First one was good. Did a nice job of setting up what I thought would be a good trilogy. Part 2 was so cringe man. Just watched on Amazon twice over the last two days. Tommy Doyle is Top 3 of most cringe horror movie characters. “Evil Dies Tonight”…all I hear is “Mutant and proud”, 😬😬😬. Michael Myers was damn near perfect!! I WILL NEVER WATCH PART 3 OF THIS TRILOGY AGAIN!!

I thought Halloween Kills was a decent watch but that damn "Evil Dies Tonight" chant really irked me as did them having Laurie in the hospital for the majority along with everyone in town taking their shot at Michael only for him to rise up. Like I get he's superhuman and all but that was too far.

Also, Ends was terrible and yea don't think I'll be revisiting that one again.
