Let's revisit 2Pac's "Changes" shall we

:rollin @ a 5 year old comprehending 2 PAC or even caring. I am calling ducktales on this claim.

Dude didn't say a damn thing about comprehending at 5. Don't know what your calling ducktales on I had plenty of cassettes at that age.

Let's not pretend like he wasn't trying to gain some creditability by making that claim, like it validated him as some longtime Pac fan. If you can't see that then I don't know what to say.

There's nothing else for you to say. You're reaching, his mother got him a 2 Pac cassete. Pac was one of the biggest stars in hip hop, even if he didn't know who the man was at 5 which I'm sure he did, and even if he didn't personally ask his mom for that cassete, the only other thing to see is that his mother was a fan and that is the music she put him on to. His statement held more than enough weight to validate him as a long time fan, and is exactly how I and a majority of people became long term fans of whatever artist we favor. You quick to try to discredit dude, when it's evident you have absolutely nothing backing what your saying

I simply don't buy that a parent in their right mind would buy a 5 year old "All Eyez on Me", at least an adult who has any real parenting skills. It seems more like an outlandish claim to make him look more validated and the way you're defending him maybe you should charge a retainer fee.

Mehh I just think it's outlandish that you seem so sure of what you're saying when what you're saying is baseless. Parents all over the world were buying children 2 Pac cassetes, along with just about any other popular rapper who was on radio, as well as television at the time. Their state of mind, I couldn't speak on, but the fact this seems to be news to you is crazier than anything. By all means though, continue doing whatever it is you were trying to do, I don't care as much as my responses are implying. Slow night

you're lame as hell for thinking anyone cares enough about music arguments on NT to blatantly create fantasies of their own life to prove a point. i didn't comprehend 2pac at all at that age but music is music doofus. if it sounds good it sounds good. as a 5 year old i asked for his CD because my older brothers were playing it and it just sounded good. that shaped my musical taste. as i grew older i started to comprehend.......now i'm 19 so i think i have some grasp of the issues, topics, etc that he's discussing. so fall back.
Na b. That's ludicrous. No way your older brothers bumped Pac around you, never happens

Lol, cool gif. Crazy that this the norm on here now. My intentions weren't to save him though, it was to point out how lame you sounded. I know how the thirst on here operates though, you let it get the best of you cause you wanted some emoticons. You probably aint realize how foolish you sounded, I aint gonna take the time to look for it, but i'm sure you got that L gif down to a t in your memory. Just close your eyes and picture it real quick and walk away fam

What qualifies you as parent of the year? My mother purchased All Eyez on Me and I was 8 and that's how I know Tupac today. Buying a Tupac album and me listening to it didn't make me a bad apple because one he was only telling the truth about America. I had a normal childhood, graduated from college and went to work for a fortune 15 company out of college so your questioning of parenting over a Tupac Shakur album is irrelevant and shouldn't have been brought into the discussion. I wish you the best in your future reading comprehension endeavors and hope you will have a little faith that people with a story that differs from yours isn't lying.

Just because you had overprotective parents who wouldn't let you listen to Tupac and watch the Simpsons growing up doesn't mean everyone else did.

Yeah it has the same exact verse. I forget which one but it's the same for sure. I think it was Changes that was unfinished so they added an old verse.
Did all yall just listen to Pac for the first time or something?
My mother bought me All Eyes On Me on cassette when i was 5 years old...so no.
I just have a personal preference and because of that I feel like Me Against the World is the best rap album.
Followed by Aquemini. Anymore assumptions you wanna project since you can't seem to grasp the idea of personal preference?
I don't know how that helps your case but at least he aint brand new to you.

I agree MATW is his best album and it's my fav Pac album but I'll stop there.

To all yall dudes who had parents buying you Pac albums before you were even 10, I find that weird given how All Eyez On Me had cursing on damn near every song :lol but w/e I aint getting in to how parents parent.

dawg you and the other dude commenting on parenting skills because my mom bought me a tupac cassette are idiots. there is much more to parenting than what music you allow your child to listen to. i'm a perfectly normal human being in college with both parents fully functioning and supporting my education so **** because you have people's mother's who smoke ******g crack and strip but this doesn't make them bad parents. in my house hold cursing was never a big deal for me to listen to as long as i didn't go around repeating it. so please do get into how parents parent. clearly y'all are the experts. clearly my mom is the worst and didn't care about my future. my parents kept food in my mouth. clothes on my body. a roof over my head. extracurriculars were paid for. education was stressed..........but they let me listen to rap music from a young age so all that goes out of the window.

Edit: and btw...what about when parents curse at their kids because they're mad? those people have bad parenting skills? you think i never heard profanity before? my older brothers are MUCH older and i grew up in your typical black inner city neighborhood so you think i was just in this sheltered world where profanity was unheard of? *****. please tell me more about my life, my parents, and how it all caused me to turn out.
