Legit check please on Black Cement 3. How would you know?

hi. How do you know if these are legits? How can i tell? Thank you in advance!

Sorry for the bad quality photos. The toebox is leather by the way. It looks slghtly smooth on the photos but Those are tumbled leather texture.

The stitching on the top of the tounge is jacked up.. It should be smooth.
The heel shoudnt be that high.
And the biggest giveaway is that they are
Suppose to have tumble leather, and these have smooth leather

Fake...upper blk leather should be tumbled and the tongue should be smooth, rounded, and not out of shape like in pic!
