Legit Check on Rising Sun 12s

Seller says they were worn about 5 times, and rates them 8.5-9/10. Selling for 80$. Seller has Quick response and fast communication. I'm kind of iffy because they're priced so low even and the tag is different from what I've seen in the past... On all my other 12s it's under the tongue. What do you guys think?
