The cloth around the the 23 on the back of the shoe is sloppily done suggesting this is a slightly yellowing GM pair. It's difficult to say exactly though. Could be typical JB quality control issues and a dude who stored it very well.

These are legit every grey market pair or early release pair I have seen have thick ankle collars and they don't have a defined shape. The ones above do have a thin ankle collars and a defined shape. In gonna say legit and the heel tab around the 23 is just typical JB QC.
