He is saying they are b grade to confuse ppl who don't know shoes. B grades are 100% authentic with quality check flaws which is why they're not A grade. They would be stamped with a B on the size tag and come in an orange box.

These are 100% FAKE. You got Dalmatian lookin skin on the toes, EP is high on the back, eyelets are tucked, leather is too shiny, he's tryin to hide how choppy the tongues are.
