Legit Check: Jordan 5 2011 Black metallic

I just received these 2011 Jordan black metallics and I'm almost positive their fakes even though the UPC and style numbers are accurate. They have the nike logo on the lace locks and the jump man seems off on the tongue. If anyone could help, that would be great! Here's the UPC and photos:

Also after examining them, these stealths seem suspicious. Can't seem to find the UPC anywhere and the one in the shoe isn't registering and the jump man on the back seems of center. Any help for both would be awesome!

Thanks everyone. The metallics have nike on the lace locks and the UPC doesn't match. I thought the nike thing was a dead giveaway for phonies so i just needed to check. Also the stealth's jump man on the back seemed off center so I wasn't sure about them either and wanted some other input. Thanks again.
