Looks ok to me but need that pic of the 'twenty twelve' imprinting on the side of the tongues.

Yeah, it helped. he said he'd get back to me in the morning before I asked to see the twenty twelve.

Cement grey is on point and the biggest tell would be if the heel was cut straight down. In your case it has a curve/bump on the white leather heel area so its legit.

If you do get a pic of twenty twelve make sure its on the lateral side  of each shoe reading left to right.
