Lebron James: Art of Passing

He makes the right pass every time.
Instead of having two passes to get it to a guy in the corner, he can throw a dart of a cross court pass due to his height and strength and create an open three for a teammate.
see and this is what crazy...Ray and Rashad will have one of their highest 3pt% this year. it will be so many uncontested jump shots for those two it will be crazy.

I've always said he was a top 3 passer in the league along with Nash & Paul... But that play at the 5:13mark and the final pass... Just SILLY :x :{

His court vision is absurd for a player with his scoring ability.

He's a legit elite passer. His elite combo of scoring & passing is what sets him apart from his counterparts offensively.

Chris Bosh should be feasting off LBJ

When he was in Toronto, only Amare was a better in the pick & roll. You saw in G4 (or G5, i forget) in the finals how they were getting easy buckets off that in the first quarter. I swear when Bosh rolls he either gets an layup/dunk or it's a three for Chalmers/Battier/Miller like 80% of the time. I'd like to see more of it.

But obviously the offense is going to be built around Bron & Wade, and having Bosh at the top of the key to punish the D for sagging on Wade/Bron drives/post-ups is extremely effective too.

season's about to start, i need to stop this closet obsession with bron's game :{

lets go knicks .....

As Big J 33 can attest, I was a Lebron hater. I always thought to be truly dominant, he needed a solid mid range jumper, work on his defense, & develop a low post game whether it be scoring or passing. He's worked on the jumper & D, now he needs that low post game. Always thought he needed to pattern his game after Jamal Mashburn's low post moves. Bron's passing would make him a complete assasin if he had a low post game like Mash's..

but he was dominant this year and he did get a post game go into the post. That's pretty much why they beat OKC.

He was dominant this year. Not arguing that. He doesn't have the post game yet...Go back & look at the vid. If he got those low post skills coupled with his ability to pass?!?!? It's a wrap...

But he was one of the most effective and efficient post players in the league all year long.

Don't fight it.. There's always room for another Knicks AND Lebron fan. We could use more members

Effective yes, dominant not yet...Playoffs were a good start...He was great passing but not as dominant scoring IMO...Again go back & look at the vid. You'll see what I mean.

Assist in basketball is so overrated. Player A make a nice pass to player B. Player B miss. No assist credited. That's why i don't look at at assist seriously. I

His passing is my favorite aspect of his game.

I would love to see him play the point for entire games at some point in his career.

A lot of Penny Hardaway in his game in that respect.

The control he has on that behind the back bounce pass though :eek :x

Closest thing to a Jordan/Magic hybrid that we've seen so far. And no, I'm not saying he's better than either of them.

As far as gentlemen that are tall that can pass the basketball, I don't care if it's LeBron James, Larry Bird, or Magic Johnson, all three are absolutely excellent passers. Larry was innovative for a guy his size being able to pass the way he did, Magic brought "Showtime," to LA, and LeBron James has revitalized the flash of being an excellent passer/playmaker for his teammates.

That said, if I'm wanting a guy to make plays for others, I'm still picking John Stockton or Jason Kidd.

And lastly, embrace LeBron James, he may be the last great player for a long time. I feel like not enough of you guys do.

When I say great, I'm talking Top-10 great.

Aint you a Kobe fan? Gotcha.

I swear some of ya'll can't appreciate what LBJ can do just because he's, well, LBJ...Get over the decision already.

he's a good passer.. but he needs to step up in crucial moments instead of passing it.. that is when his passing is not one of his better traits of his game

Everyday I wake up I thank God that he granted me life during the LBJ era.

I couldn't imagine living in a world where we couldn't see Lebron James play.
