Welcome to The Real. I have been in a bad place this year with him on my Lakers. I am not saying we would have made noise if we would have sat pat and not got him. However we would have progressed a lot more as a team if he didn't join my Lakers. We were in a perfect position aiming for that window when GS was getting old. But we traded away all our young pieces and have a "win now" mindset.

its sad that you guys are barely going to be the pace you were at least season. yall had 35 wins last year and have 31 this year (so far) with the "king". should've resigned Randle and kept Nance and Clarkson smh. the Bron effect is going to gut your team. i'd be surprised if Kuzma, Lonzo, and Ingram are still on the team this time next year.

I don't know about Nance he would have taken some of Kuz minutes, as well as Clarkson, was just terrible. Really should of kept Russell and Randle and let the team just develop, Luke's job would be safe for another year. However, they wouldn't have developed as good as when they moved.

I knew the season was over the day he signed. Seeing how he conducts himself as a basketball player with other teams, the fact he didn't want any other stars, and the fact he came to LA. The Lakers were the WORST destination for an aging superstar, they literally have a young team building to contend, he is on a steep downward trajectory it wasn't going to work in the west like the east. I let it be known I didn't want him, but bit my tongue until he did exactly what I expected.
