Yep, fake. Toebox is wrong and leather with scales is a disaster. And insole should be black, not red.

Incredibly fake. I advise you stop for a second, and look at legit images of the sneaker right now. Because these are the earliest, obvious fakes that are easy to spot once you properly learn the official/authentic Nike designed shoe.
