LC on B-grade cdp XI

First post, I'm pretty sure these are legit, it's just that on the jumpman part of the head is missing (you can only see this flaw up close), is thispossible due to the shoes being a b-grade?
I couldn't get a clear shot of the tag, but I know for sure that the tag is legit I compared in to my buddies.

They legit, and yes that can be one of the physical flaws caused by being a b-grade.
