I don't think a unified West African Diaspora is possible unless or until DR & Haiti peace it up. They're the og's of this situation, & the most symbolic b/c unfortunately they went through everything first. Hispaniola is their island, but theres guards w/ guns insuring your foot doesn't step on the wrong side. That divided & conquered **** did what it set out to do by leaving behind 2 broken countries.

If we retrace our steps it lands there. The good, the bad, & the ugly. I think if things were better on that island it'd better everywhere. I think if the history there were further explored a lot of questions would get answered. I truly do believe that Haiti & DR is the most important section of West African Diaspora. We have to always look out for them.
