^ If the cap is $67.1mil, 30% of that is higher than $18.8mil. I'm trying to figure out how he got that number.

^^perfect. Excellent find..so 18.8 or whatever for yr 1, leaving perhaps up to 6 million to sign a tier 3/4 FA depending on roster moves. Plus a room exception.

I don't know either, I just saw 18.8 a few times. I don't understand why they don't just do 20 x 4 = 80.

Yea we would have to get rid of some salary to pick up a middle tier role player.
