Not about next season LTB, think bigger. Next season means nothing.

I'm not thinking finals for next season :lol
I'm just excited that we'll actually have a young talented player to start building around, someone that Kobe can actually pass the torch to.

It wasn't gonna be Dwight, I knew that for sure.

I'm saying it here 1st.

We Are Landing That #1 Pick.

So I everyone I have a question...honestly, how good do you think we could have been if everyone on this team would have been healthy thru the whole season???...

Like I know we all hate Nash's old ***, Pau Gasoft silly self, and broken legged selfish mamba :lol ...

But if Kobe, Nash, & Gasol all came into the season healthy & Kobe joined in the season whern he did but never gotten hurt and stayed healthy AND all our bench/role players didn't get injured...

With the core of Nash, Kobe, & Pau and all the role players ...how good would this team have been?? What would be their peak in y'all opinion??

We would be near Minnesota for 10th-11th in the West.

We would not, nor would we ever have been, better than the Mavs-Grizz-Suns.

Now, granted, I would not have picked the Suns to be this good, they are a huge surprise, but they are full of young legs, we were going to be led by dead legs, and young projects.

We were never going to hit 40 wins. (.500 basically)

This part is your key. People spent the whole year complaining about defense, and Mike, etc. Look at those 3 names, in today's game. They were not ever, EVER, going to stop ANYBODY. Ever. We were giving up 110 a night this year, with, or without those dudes.

Zero, I mean ZERO chance, those 3 were gonna make it 80 games. Was never gonna happen.

The fact Farmar, Young, Xavier, and Blake couldn't get to 80 only compounded that problem.

All we can hope for, is that Kobe will get sooooo much damn rest this year, that he will be "fresh" (with 50,000 minutes on his odometer) for next year, and give us 70 games, if we're lucky. I rest my car all the time now with its high miles. Guess what, the car don't get younger. Neither will Kobe. 70 games at 30 minutes a night will be pretty outstanding for a 36 year old, seeing as how very few have ever done that, outside maybe Karl Malone.

I was rooting for you to win if someone HAD to win P.

But not anymore.

Is it still possible for HybridSoldiers to win? 8o
