Yo, hope all my LA peoples are safe, especially in the Ventura/Malibu area.

People losing their homes left & right. One of the craziest fires I can think of in recent memory, sad seeing people just watching their houses burn down.

The Camp Fire up by Chico is going crazy too. I heard dude on the news this morning say it was burning the equivalent of 70 football fields per minute :wow:. The smoke been blowing down to the Bay since yesterday too. The air is straight up brown where I'm at :smh:

Carr fire and Mendocino (Norcal) was just a few months ago.

Haven’t caught the news but saw something on twitter, didn’t think it was that crazy. Damn

Man, we are seeing multi-million dollar homes burning down like nothing. All the areas on fire are where the rich folks live at

Bruh, Cali stays on fire.

WTF is going on over there? That pic is low key terrifying, like.... The **** looks like a apocalyptic film poster from the 80s or something

stay safe ya'll

Lets all pray for everybody but most importantly Iggy Azalea and that she be safe.

Hopefully the cool weather in the evening will help and the winds die down.

It don't be that many fires.

How much you think the 9 people that died will get?

I still have hard time understanding how you die in a wild fire.

You can literally see it coming a mile away.

Unless you just stubborn as a mule, why are you not gone before the fire hits?

I’ve lived in LA 38 years and that’s the first time they put both directions of PCH the same way to evacuate that I can remember

People have lived there their whole lives

Their whole existence is in that place they put everything into

A lot of artist and long time communities there

I think he means how do you see a wildfire moving towards you and you don’t evacuate the area. It’s like you see a tornado coming your way and you decide to just stay at the crib. You gotta get out ASAP

They probably died from inhaling the smoke rather than burning, but it’s sad either way. RIP to those that lost their lives.
