Russell just has to mature man, quickly. And he needs a good PR person. D'Lo is easy to hate for basketball reasons and his demeanor not even going into the off court realm. There's no obligation for anyone to like or want him on the team. If I hate him, so what? How does it affect YOUR life.

I've said positive things about him before though. Long term though I just don't think he's going to fit or be here.

Anyway, its not even so much as them saying that; the cards are just landing in their direction. Number #2 pick and Fultz being the best player and Boston in win-now mode and needing to probably trade their pick/best player in the draft to bring in a good player via trade. And Ball being from LA and going to UCLA. It's all working together for their good.
