Does anyone know how much a tattoo runs off @ High Voltage? Me and my buddy's wanna get a tattoo from the shoulder to the elbow or just the wrist? Anyinfo would help!!!!

Dang man... chill! my bad. Im not from Cali im from Oregon, 35 minutes away from Portland. The reason i ask is because we are going on a road trip on springbreak and i figured why not get a tat since we'll be down there.... any other info would help!
