I got a pair of infernos from SA that came with no paper in the left shoe and a ripped box. The shoe was pretty much damaged and had flaws. I called and told them I wanted to send it back, and in two days a perfect pair from SA showed up on my door step. I've been busy and still haven't sent the flawed pair back yet.
