upload is when you upload stuff like pics and videos from your computer to a host server

I'm not even about to check right now. I think everybody in my apartment complex is all online trying to download videos or something. Last I checked, on this Youtube download I was getting 7 kb/s. I'm going to unplug from the LAN and just connect my phone in a second.
