As it states on the paragraph "Purchase the Jordan Retro 11, If your ticket is drawn and have been contacted, you may redeem your ticket from the time 8 am local time to 10 am local time on the day of the launch."
So basically, if you go to any FNL near you and obtain a ticket and your ticket is picked, your pair is "reserved" for you to pick up between that time frame. That's what the guy at FNL meant be "reserved." Only if you are a raffle winner.
FNL, FTL, FA, SP, Shiekh, JJ, Villa, do not do pre orders.

Dare I say I like these more than the Playoffs? The tumbled leather is insane soft, nubuck heel is soft, they just look more sleek. I hate 11s for making sneakers open to culture vultures. But these are worth it.
