It depends on your foot type. I could probably go half a size down in the 6 as I have a wide foot. I would recommend going true to size.

Doubt it's an error. And even if it is if you cart and buy at 99 they have to honor it. Just don't go messaging their help line asking why their 99 so they can see people are willing to pay more and possibly change it.

I'm sorry to break the bubble here but if it is indeed a mistake, they do not have to honor that price point.
