But there is tons of money that they are missing out on by not being in the skating culture and they decided to get a piece while it's hot...That'sjust being business savvy and trying to stack up.

Im actually the thread starter on nikesb about this new jordan skateboarding line.
I honestly dont see a problem with it at all. All this talk about Jordan being a basketball shoe line is bull !*$+. Air Jordan doesnt make golf shoes? orbaseball cleats? or football cleats? No one said !*$+ about that.
Annnnnnnnnnnnd if you must know, before sb's, one of the best shoes to skate in were the early jordans and dunks hence nike dunk sb's. So weather youlike it or not Jordan Brand has had a big impact on skateboarding footwear.
