Jordan Retro 3 Black Cats???

I got some Jordan's from this thrift shop. I have my doubts about this shoe. It's my first retro and I'm starting my collection. And if it is legit, can you possibly drop a price? I'd rate it 6/10. If you could help that would be appreciated. I don't have a box or tag.
My doubts is that it doesn't have the black cat stichted, I can't find any with the white print and the bottom Jordan isn't white as I have saw

Fakes for all the reasons that made you doubt them in the first place -no "Black Cat" stitched into the back heel is your obvious answer.

And I don't even know what's up with that white elephant print 

But it should be all black like so...

Is there a problem with the white elephant print? And thanks for clearing the stitch thing up and I saw other black cats with the size tag on the side and mine is under the tongue? An do you know why my Jordan on the bottom js black not white?
