NDC order status still says preparing to ship.Should I be worried? Anybody else in the same boat?

I've contacted Nike via the live chat everyday since Monday. They said that there was no problem with the order and to just wait for the shipping confirmation email. I'm still worried though that it has taken this long. Will wait until the afternoon, if there's no update I'll contact them again
