The most coveted cw outside of any Bulls cw. Probably more mythical than anything but, these were my first Jordan in 85 as a kid. For some reason this cw appealed to all us skateboarding metalheads.

Maybe im wrong but if memory serves, there is a poster with all the 1 colorways but i think they were released in waves and the very first were chicago, breds and royals. I know the first 2 were gone and i wanted Jordans so i took the royals. Mom said merry xmas on that purchase.

Repped! '85 Royals were my first Jordans also. I've missed on all the releases since then. This time I've got 2 pairs secured. This release might be my curtain call.

im actually excited for the tumbled leather on these. 2013 model was absolute trash. ended up paying some dude in Australia 300 bucks just to get them.

^^^^ THIS ... not sure why JB/Nike would choose to tumble the leather. while i typicaly kanye shrug tumbling ... considering this is one of the few OG colorways I have never owned a version of I am annoyed if this is the choice decided upon. but in true 1s fanatic-way will cop a pair .... or two.
