This depends on the employee returning said purchases. They can make a return without linking the return back to your footapp account. Had a cool dude offer to do it that way for me on a return so I didn't lose any status(not that it mattered I'm over $1k with that account).
yea very true. it can depend on wether the employee does it by the book or does it whatever style lol. if he can keep his plat status AND return the stuff, i would absolutely do it rofl. but if the employee is gonna downgrade him, i wouldnt do it.

Happened to me on my champs app. It said platinum VIP along the bottom of my VIP status screen but VIP along the top. Only had a 7 minute HS. Waited one day for it to update and once I switched stores, it gave me the extra 3 minutes. Try this before returning the stuff.

It's definitely not locked in. When I got platinum for FTA. I put in my reservation for the Kaws and was only given 6 mins. I logged off the app and sign back on a few hours later and was given 9 mins.
