right now is the time to buy bro. Prices are probably at the lowest they're gonna be. I've seen pairs recently from anywhere from $300-$340. Prices are probably gonna skyrocket to the $450 range once the market dries up.

Nah man. Size 9-10 is hard to get for below $400. I haven't seen that anywhere in Chicago. And I pretty much look once or twice a week.

FB groups and twitter. I am sz 12-13 tho. I've also seen pairs on ebay in these sizes sell for $340-$350 within the past week. I really don't see the prices going down any lower for these larger sizes.
