My boy said his Nike store is going to get them. They might mess around and do in store only.

Closest Nike store to me is Chicago. I'm not driving 6-7 hours round trip to buy them. Make it easy or I'm out, regardless of what shoe it is.

When Nike Basketball was firing on all cylinders, flying was a dope innovation, Roshes, Yeezy’s, etc. I think around the time of Adidas’s ascent, Nike Run was on fire. But it was all of the other divisions that were suffering.

Last Dance and COVID helped reignite the retro wave. Kobe’s passing helped drive up interest in that line as well. But can anyone say what’s cool about Nike besides old heads who grew up watching Jordan or were sneaker heads in the late 90s to 2000s?

My girlfriend is a die hard Kobe/lakers fan from California.

I told her I remember how Kobe’s were sitting back in the day.

Yall remember when Vanessa Bryant said she wanted Kobe’s to be “accessible and plentiful”.

Bottom line shareholders and CEOs run the country.

I paid resell on the 2016s cuz I was in the mountains. I wore the hell out of that shoe. The right show has a worn down sole at the right rear.

I'd love to double or triple up!!

I'm not going to get worked up by a shoe rumor influencer.

Do you think their retro cycle is every four years?

They just retroed them in 2022. Not to say they won't. They retroed Chicagos in 2013 and 2015.

not sure. i guess it depends on what JB wants to release. i mean, they did drop reimagined black and reds back in 2021 and satin black & reds last year
