Jordan lingo

What up guys? Got a question. So, I've been out of the Jordan scene for a while now. I've seen dudes on FB talking about retro Jordans and non retro Jordans. Retro Jordans referring to Signature Jordans and non retro referring to non signature Jordans. Is this the new lingo?

Retro Jordans = Signature Jordans...including OGs?
Non retro Jordans = non signature jordans...even if they've been retro'd?

I'm confused. Someone halp!

I know the Signature line is the numbered line. People are calling them retro Js...from what I understand this includes the OGs. How is an OG retro? How is the Signature line the retro line when non signature lines have also been retrod?

Non signature Jordans are all the other Jordan releases...I know this. People are calling them non retro Jordans...even if they've been retrod.

I just want know if this is common now...
