I'm surprised these haven't paint chip, unlike my Black Cements from 2012. Military and BC will be my most anticipated release next year. Just hope they fix the shape for once.

They could re-imagine these like they did with the AJ2 High retro and just try
and get them back as close to the original as possible.
They accomplished this to some degree with build of on WC3 retro (yellowing aside.)

Just by looking at those sb4s, this next release is gonna have a much better shape. I hope they dont get dumb with material changes. Certain shoes should be off limits to that. This is one of them.

Have had this sole swapped ‘99 pair for about 8-9 years now. Wasn't the best done job, but, oh well. Got some good wear out of them. Love the shape of these. When I had the recent release of these (have since sold them) I did notice the wings were flimsy. ‘99 retro, they actually stayed put, felt solid.

DOES REIMAGINED IMPLY VINTAGED? NAH RIGHT CUZ THOSE PATENT ONES WERENT.. I WOULDNT BE SURPRISED IF THEY JACK THE OFF WHITE BLACK CEMENT FOUR FLOW AND MAKE A POOR MANS VERSION .. DOUBT THESE ARE GONNA BE VINTAGED

That was insane and awful that it was a formality with paint chipping on the midsoles with the IV that were released during the last decade.

Happy with my 2019 but don't mind copping this version. 4s are all the hype now. But damn are they the least comfortable of all the popular retro silhouettes.
I see people want military blue. Military blacks, psg and the sb are better color blocking in execution. But theyre not og. I guess some of y'all are ocd and want the Nike air tab to complete the cypher.
I personally want the sport blue 6 with Nike air back for any og blue retro.

Look at that Nike Air sign on the back, nice and aligned perfectly.
That's how you do it.
Compare it to those trash 2019 pairs and the difference is night and day.
