They made a hoodie commemorating Lebron breaking the record, it was supposed to only be available for 48 hours. It's been on sale since last night, still hasn't sold out.

Ouch. I'm not a fan of lebron. Well, TBH, I don't give a s**** either way. He's not from my era. Watching MJ was like watching a magician. His moves were so graceful, and he could freak'n fly, and just when you thought a play was over, he'd somehow sneak in for the shot. I've never seen anything like that since. If someone better comes along, fine, but I have yet to be in awe like that ever since.
And the shoes....each release was amazing at that time with some special feature that stood out. ex. Visible air and EP on the 3s, mesh and wings on the 4s, translucent outsole and 3M tongue on the 5s, etc. They were so special and unique. It was like the sneaker world was operating in black and white, and his shoes were in color....just stood out in those days. Today's market is so much more robust with designs and options that Jordans generally don't stand out like they used to. Back then random people that have no interest in shoes would be like "what the heck are those, wow?!".
