I'm not gonna doubt MJ...I do think he's the GOAT so I wouldn't put anything past him. Maybe he could, maybe he couldn't....Hell, i don't really care if he did or not, it would be exciting and entertaining to watch though....

But what I don't get is, how come y'all just conviniently IGNORE the fact that MJ consistently got calls and got to the line just as much, if not more than today's stars?

The "softer" NBA as you guys call it, wouldn't have really mattered. MJ was still getting the same superstar calls back then. That's a fact.

right, cause talent wise the players now are a lot more talented, that is why there is no center in the league that has a decent post game. and that is why players get more %$@%$ calls than in the '90s. there are talented players that would be great players in the '90s. but players like dwight howard, chris bosh wouldnt stand a chance against players like hakeem, robinson, wilkins, coleman, kemp. also the guards were way better then, stockton, gp, kidd, KJ, Van Exel, those players are better than todays guards Deron williams, paul, rondo, rose

IMO Kobe's individual offensive arsenal is better than Jordan's. A true scoring juggernaut. NBA players today have no heart though so who would really try to see MJ @ the rim? His production would be waaaaay more efficient than Kobe's and he'd put up superior numbers. I don't see him getting 100 though...

100 points from a perimeter player? It wouldn't be a pretty performance and it would be more about quanity then quality. Kobe's 81 was historic but I would put his 62 in 3 quarter as a more quality performance. If Jordan is scoring 100 it would be out of the flow of an offense and a lot of teammates force feeding him the ball to get the achievement. It just wouldn't be a normal & natural performance.
