not an expert, and i know there are a lot of posts on these kicks but honestly i have a hard time telling the difference between all of them.  sorry for the redundancy.  

bought these on stockx for 300 shipped. 

lemme know if you need more pics. 

also if you look  the lace bag lines are slightly different on the white and red lace bags ... dunno if thats a big deal

They are legit. The lace bags on fakes don't look like either one of yours

Yes, it is lol. The R and D connected is a good thing but some fakes do have those.

My shoes came with the exact same lace bags as yours. I was wondering, do your shoes have a nike swoosh with slightly more tumbled leather than the other? I can't really see them clear from the pics you provided.

I would say the leather on all the swooshs are about the same, all tumbled. 

I noticed that on one of the swoosh's there is some fraying of the leather at the top of the shoosh that isnt the same on all of them.  i think thats just crappy quality control though

Fraying isn't equal to Window Peaks if that is what you're wondering.

Also, I got all tumble leather on my Banned except for the Swoosh and Heel. Hurts my OCD but they look fresh.

Completely normal. If you want to get rid of it just rub your finger across the fraying and they will either brush off onto your finger or get aligned with the material.

I got my shoes from ebay with a nike receipt. I haven't had the time to take them to a store near me so they can check them, but I will soon!

I was talking about the pic below; on this pic the nike swoosh doesn't look as tumbled and my shoes have the same issue! Also, like I mentioned, your lace bags are identical to mine. I would say it's quality control too but i'm just trying to educate my self to identify fake pairs. Your shoes look identical to mine and from the pics you provided and the lil research I did, I'd say your shoes are legit but don't quote me on that because I'm learning too.
