I think these are fake size tag is off wrong tissue and size sticker on insole is has the wrong font. And the box label's font is wrong

  My opinion yes it is.  Sure others may disagree.  I'm assuming they not DS.  But they look in good condition.  Its all about what its worth to you.  I think its fair price.
