I don't know if they go by size, but I put in for a size 13 and only store in CA that was available for that size was NTSM. Maybe others who got smaller sizes can chime in.

I think NTSM and NT the grove have men sizes. They stop at 14 which sucks. NTSF is getting a size 15 but I'm not driving that far. I did see a guy do that for the SBB 1's. He drove from SF to NTLA...
