they took like 8 business days to ship and I was emailing them after 4 days and never heard a response. Opened up a paypal claim after 8 days and then they shipped.

This is the first time I preordered ANYTHING and this is the very reason why.... Hopefully I don't have to go through all the troubles of trying to get a refund! I don't mind if I have to wait a couple of days for them but their info for ground (standard) shipping said I should receive my shoes within 5-7 days! Praying it actually comes through!
