I'm not seeing a huge difference, unless I'm missing something..More than likely it's just the inconsistencies between molds or when the mold was filled possibly..I would like to see clear close ups of both pairs small [emoji]174[/emoji]s to tell 100% but your pair looks good to me.

The [emoji]174[/emoji] has the rounded legs so that looks good. Many legit pairs have a factory stamp on the underside of the box lid too but if it doesn't it may not necessarily mean that they're not real. I'm just more convinced if they they do have it
