Anyone ever worked as a sales rep at ATT, Sprint, T-mobile, etc. I currently work for a cell phone provider call center and when I went to get my service activated on my own with T-Mobile the sales rep gave me her card and told me about the job opportunities. I recently got a promotion (I'd say I'm pretty good at my job), but I wouldn't mind working one on one with customers. Especially on a commission basis. Thanks if anyone can shed some light on that kind of work environment.

offered an interview across the country but it can't be done remotely. Is it acceptable to ask if travel expenses would be reimbursed if I decided to go and/or the compensation for the position?
Had what I though to be a great interview on the 3rd of November. The Manager was super animated and extremely cool. Can't believe I actually cut my hair for the interview. Anyway appeared the place was extremely into my skills and qualities. The Manager even walked meback to my vehicle and asked was I still interested in the opportunity, and I responded "absolutely".
Haven't heard back from them, they mentioned the following week they would be getting around to making a decision.
The department was extremely mellow, even took me awhile to reschedule the initial interview due to their meetings out of
state.
They could be having issue price matching my salary which is what the manager had mentioned, something about it
being rare to hire somebody and having there salary above everybody else. I'd take a pay cut it's 5 minutes from my house.
Sent a follow up letter yesterday, waiting to see what up.
Never cut your hair for these jobs!!! Lesson learned I will never do that ever again.
Interesting.Yes but its difficult to get in unless your connected. Might want to apply to some Documentation Engineering jobs to get in to start. Also do engineering companies hire people with a different college major other than engineering?
I cut my hair Tuesday for the same day interview. It wasn't nothing major just 2 months grow but we starting to feel the growth.
O well now I wait. The recruiter did say she talked to all my references and they all had good things to say about me. She giving the feedback to the hiring manager.

Your hair will grow back. Poor advice. To each his own.
It's not. I have a similar haircut (short on the sides, pomp on top).I would suggest cutting your hair. It's hair it will grow back.
That being said my last two haircuts have been fades and this Saturday I plan on just fading the sides and not touching the top. I don't work in an environment where people with "non traditional hairstyles" are present so I'm curious to see how this goes over.
I don't think a fade is even that crazy of a haircut but yeah.
That's one of reasons I feel like iIcan get away with it. Guy that I sit across from has that haircut and a part in his hair.I would suggest cutting your hair. It's hair it will grow back.

When you're starting out in finance like @Antidope
and me, long hair is a no go. I'm sure it's a lot more lax in casual workplaces.
How I feel at times! Cut my hair, it's basically my way of life. I keep my hair done and face groomed on a weekly basis! Just kills me that people have to deem down to the mans standards all the fcking time smh
And no offense to no one in here we are equal in this thread.... I hope!
