Last night, there were alot of rumors of a brawl involving Jim Jones at Detroit's Club Esko….
There were rumors that a gang of people rushed the stage, beat up Jim Jones, shot 3 people, including one of Jim's friends and a woman partygoer. (twitter accounts posted after the jump)

Well this week me and DJ Envy are covering for a vacationing Ciph and Rosenberg on the morning show, so I asked Jim Jones about last night's drama directly….

Jim Jones speaks on the altercation at Club Esko in Detroit

Here's a link to the Detroit news report which infers that one of the shooting victims was local artist, Trick Trick.

"Detroit police said 2 people were injured in a shooting at a Detroit nightclub early Monday morning.
Ten men rushed the Esko Lounge on Michigan Avenue near Shelby Street, according to Detroit police. The men got into a fight with rapper Jim Jones and shots were fired.
Two men were hit, including a man police identified as…rapper Trick-Trick, whose real name is Christian Mathis…
Local 4 confirmed Mathis was taken to the emergency room at Detroit Receiving Hospital. He is in serious condition. The other man's condition is unknown.
Police are looking for the gunman."

Yeah dave cool as hell i went to middle school and HS wit him! We talk on facebook or he ll hit me up when he tryin to find shoes in da city. He had me runnincrazy lookin for those 1/2 cents lol.He's real talented and humble which is what u doin find much of lately.



SMH How rumor get started!!! Trick trick was on FM 98 WJLB this morning and he said somebody called him and asked if he was ok cause they heard he was shot andrushed to the hospital. He also said that he was in the bed sleep when the shooting happened and wasnt at the club at the time of the shooting.
