Because the less albums you sell, the more MidEastBeast likes you. He really wants to like Jay, but due to his ability to get people to actuallylisten to his music, he cannot.

Not even. I like plenty of mainstream, commercially successful artists, but you would be kidding yourself telling me that Jay hasn't fallen off or watereddown his music to appeal to a wider audience. I can't blame him for wanting to make money, but if you go all out for sales and forget the quality of yourwork I can't respect you as a rapper, much less call you "the most consistent of all-time" when plenty of people who can easily murder you on themic have been doing this for years and had flew slip ups if any.
