Watching Cole & Kendrick Rise has been a great experience....
Didn't like Chris Tucker.....at all. Sounds like Cole trying wayyy to hard.
Everything else is straight tho. Especially Kenny Lofton, didn't expect to hear Jeezy, he meshed well with the song tho.
Looking forward to the alubm.
Going through the EP now... Very nice so far
Had he released these two as a mixtape
I wonder if k dot and him are still making that album together, that was rumored last year
Nonetheless this is what we need in hip hop right now, hell all of music right now
It's not about gaining anything but it would be refreshing at least to me for two of my favorite young artistAt this point Kendrick would gain nothing from putting an album out with Cole.. he knows that, Dre knows that, everyone around him knows that.
i agree 100%. its good to see dudes in my generation blow up.

sad
dudes talkin about what artists have to gain as far as a collab.
what about doing it for the sake of some good music to listen to?
Exactly. I wasn't saying it wouldn't be good music, I'm saying don't hold your breath if you really expect that to happen.sad

truth hurts man. wish it was like that but at the end of the day its the music business
This may be true, but they should be able to have a bigger input collabs. But last night my university had a Kendrick Lamar concert and j Cole made a surprised guess performance and did power trip for the heck of itExactly. Kendrick and Cole are on different labels, there's a ton of behind the scene politics that would get in the way of them doing a collab. It's not just like "Oh ___ is my boy, we're gonna record an album together" and that **** just materializes out of thin air.
