So those are just the colleges you wanted to go to, apply to the not so good ones. My whole time here in washington I wanted to go to UW but I ended up at WSU. Im still gonna get the exact same degree and turns out I love it here. go cougs.

Don't worry about it shift, like everyone else said, go to a CC for a year or two depending on if you want to go to a private school or public.  If you applied to any private colleges, apply again after your first year because most don't actually have a requirement for credits, unlike UCs, and they'll take you as long as you keep your gpa up.  If you're set on going to a UC then once you finish your 60 units (I think?) re-apply, don't get caught up on the requirement *!#%+@$% they want you to do these days.  I have some friends who are on their third year, going on fourth, at community colleges because they thought they had to finish the requirements for their major before transferring, but they didn't listen to me when I told them you only need 60 units not all of the classes they want you to take...
