Yes as long as you don't get in the box before the penalty taker touches the ball. Arsenal tried this in the Henry years and failed

No, it's because 99% of the time the defenders are paying attention and the teammate can't just run in the box and play keepaway withwhoever's taking the PK. It's a lot harder if the other team also rushes in after the first touch.

#%*! yeah, imma let my teammates know about this, next time we have a penalty in my adult league we are going to try it since we are the quickest team and onpenalties the other teams dont even bother moving, thats how i get my goals.
