is it safe to send to an unconfirmed address on paypal now?

thanks guys. have been selling for 10 years and havent got burned yet. just wanted to be sure. that was my one rule was no paypal unless confirmed address.

how about money orders? from out of the usa?

I swear that was still one of those selling protection rules.. "Ship to confirmed address". It seems if you dont, you can easily lose a claim on that basis alone

I do, but at my OWN RISK. I do make sure I keep my tracking paper,etc. for proof.
