I feel you. The regular one is never crispy. The spicy one is always crispy when I get it. And has more flavor.

Jack In the Crack was our spot in HS(97-00). 1.39 for a jumbo jack with cheese free water cup with half sprite and half lemonade or Hawaiian punch. Early mornings before summer league practice we would get the Ultimate breakfast sandwiches and put the has brown in the middle of it and dip some bites in BBQ sauce 
Sometimes now I'll hit up jack and get the homestyle ranch chicken club and substitute the regular chicken filet for a spicy filet with curly fries 
. Haven't been to jack in probably about 2 years now tho there's only 2 in the city I'm in and they are about 25 min away each

I grew up in Bakersfield, Ca and had jack almost every day until I left. I live in Colorado now. Apparently in the mid 90s there was an e coli outbreak and some people died so they took them all out. Finally got one again in 2007 but people around here still don't really mess with it. That's the problem though they put them IN the suburbs and near the Army base when they came back. I don't like being around either of those areas so unfortunately I don't eat it much anymore

they at least have this door dash deal where you get 40 nuggets and 2 Large Fries for $16. I can't be mad at that price even though you have to pay delivery fee. but when you have a smoke sesh, that **** is perfect
